AllModern industrial facilities require more than just walls and cameras to ensure safety. For this project, Safe Tech was approached to provide a robust perimeter security solution for a large industrial compound vulnerable to unauthorized access, theft, and operational disruptions.
Project Scope
The site spanned several hundred meters and included warehouses, loading bays, and administrative offices. Although basic boundary walls were already in place, there was no active intrusion prevention system, making the site an easy target for after-hours breaches.
The client needed a high-voltage, tamper-resistant fencing system with real-time monitoring capabilities — without disrupting existing infrastructure.
Our Solution
- Electric Fencing Installation:
We installed a multi-line electric fence system along the full perimeter of the compound, mounted on top of the existing concrete boundary wall. This added a strong deterrent against climbing or tampering. - High-Performance Energizers:
Industrial-grade energizers were installed in multiple zones, ensuring even voltage distribution and scalability for future expansion. - Alarm & Monitoring Integration:
The fence was linked to a centralized control system, triggering real-time alerts for any voltage drop, wire cutting, or tampering. Alarms were integrated into the site’s internal security room for immediate response. - Heavy-Duty Components:
All insulators, brackets, and wiring used were UV-stabilized and weather-resistant, ensuring long-term durability in the outdoor industrial environment.
